By Girls for Girls

By Girls For Girls is a public relations campaign I crafted for a Denver & Tanzania based nonprofit AfricAid. Over four months Christian, Kenzie and I designed press releases, multimedia communication plans, and events. Our campaign was picked up by AfricAid against 4 other teams.

Our aim of the campaign was to connect Denver girls —the children and grandchildren of AfricAid’s donors—to the girls in Tanzania—the recipients. Through community events, innovative messaging and creative design we sought novel connection to AfricAid’s publics. Individually, I designed the entire campaign book, event flyers and wrote the copy.
